What are some of the problems having to do with Nuclear Power or Nuclear Weapons?

Many countries that are enemies of America have weapons of mass destruction. They fail to cooperate or even make an agreement with us and are getting stronger. Though I understand that it is not fair for America to try to be superior to any other country or try to control them, but even most countries who aren't friends of America have an understanding with each other. North Korea is just one country that has hostile weapons, and not only doesn't cooperate, but even threatens America with nuclear assault. There lies the problem, as weapons and technology are getting more advanced, empty threats are starting to deplete. Soon when countries have a problem, they will shoot nukes. This is the reason I believe we should use E.M.P.s in warfare because nukes are too dangerous to block any other way then shutting them down before they reach critical distance. Watch this video about North Korea's threat.

well of course is not only but also a dangeraus stuff wicth could kill a lot of inosent people

What does a “day in the life” of a person involved in this problem look like?

Are there good guys or villains in this problem? If so, who?

It is my personal opinion that there aren't really any good guys and everyone's the bad guy. The reason for this is because what America's government likes to do. They declare a country evil and start unnecessary wars. Though I do believe the methods North Korea use are a bit unorthodox, we have to understand their side of things. No matter our personal opinion, we can't be biased to our own country. They are raised to believe that what they are doing is correct so when we come and try to make a treaty, they fight for their country. Not taking their side, I think their government is horrible but ours isn't exactly untainted.

Who does this problem affect the most? Why?

This problem affects the people in between. When we are firing these nuclear weapons the people caught in the crossfire are dying. This device the Electro Magnetic Pulse or EMP can be used to shut down any technology around it thus creating less damage for the American citizens. We are not only seeking protection for our citizens but but also the citizens of Korea they want a nuclear war not knowing the consequences and the millions of lives that will be lost on both sides.

How big is the problem (For example, 35% of Americans are obese or over 8000 people died from firearms in the U.S. in 2010)

Why are the solutions already out there not good enough?

There are not really any non violent solutions.unless we nuke them before they nuke us we cant stop them.thats why we need EMP's. they shut down the tech so it doesn't work. this way we can avoid warfare.if we airstrike them with an EMP,they cant nuke us,then we can go in and avoid resistance while we subdue them. we can take the peaceful people away if they'd like to go and relocate them, and imprison the others in south korea. then after mutual work they can unite the countries into korea again.
The solutions already out aren't good enough because they all include nuclear warfare. I believe that this should be dealt with diplomatically. I believe this because it makes no sense to retaliate with warfare because it will cause thousands maybe even millions of lives. I believe that putting more people at risk makes no sense. It makes no sense because you are becoming what you are fighting against. For example President Obama wants to attack syria for hurting their own citizens but if syria decides to hit us it will basically be Obama's fault.
